THIS IS A PLANT FOR VALUE ADDED PRODUCTS.

Value added production (VAP) based on NVG and Northsea herring. 
VAP of herring include: salted, marinated and spiced herring of different sizes and cut, delivered in barrels, tubs or vacuum bags.

Matjes, whole round and head off, butterfly flaps and skinnless fillets.

Ready made products of herring: "Spekesild", Kryddersild" and "Strømming" in packages of 250/500g.

The factory is Kosher and BRC certified.
